currently studying in communication at UQAM but more importantly in a bachelor’s degree in creating immersive and interactive experiences, which allow me to fully develop some self-taught skills to bring all my project to their full potential.
Immersion started to interest me after working at an escape room, there is something about carefully curating every aspect of an environment in the intend of immerse someone in your creation that truly feels magical to me.
as for interactivity, i do believe it is an extra step art can take to make artworks a two way conversation with the spectator. I believe Art is to be shared and to evolve in its environment.
I have worked with the public a lot (actor in an haunted house, board game advisor, hint giver, barista) and it definitely shaped my passion for entertainment. That field experience is now mixing in all my project to make sure they are user proof from start to finish.
